How to Unfreeze $KUNAI in the Klever Wallet App

Why Unfreeze $KUNAI?

• Unfreezing is necessary if you want to sell or transfer your staked $KUNAI tokens.
• You must unfreeze the entire staked amount at once; partial unfreezing is not possible.

Instructions:

1. Find Your $KUNAI Account:
   • Open the Klever Wallet app.
   • Tap the “Portfolio” icon.
   • Select “$KUNAI (KunaiKash)” and choose the relevant account.
2. Access Staking: Within your $KUNAI account, tap the “STAKING” icon.
3. Initiate Unfreezing: Tap the “Unfreeze” button at the bottom of the staking page.
4. Confirm the Transaction:
   • Review the unfreezing details.
   • Tap “Confirm”.
   • Enter your PIN or use biometrics to authorize the transaction.

Important Notes:

• Unfreezing Time: It takes 4 epochs (24 hours) for your unfrozen $KUNAI to become available in your wallet balance.
• Temporary Hidden Balance: During the unfreezing period, your staked balance will temporarily decrease. This is normal.
