01Who this applies to
Everyone who uses a KunaiKash service, and anyone who uses it through your wallet or with your permission. You are responsible for what happens through your wallet.
02Not allowed
- Hacking, probing or breaking the security of the site, the API, the games or the smart contracts.
- Denial-of-service attacks, or requests at a volume that slows the service down for others.
- Exploiting a bug, error or miscalculation for your own gain.
- Using bots, scripts or several wallets to get around game limits or reward rules.
- Spreading malware, phishing links or fake KunaiKash pages.
- Pretending to be KunaiKash or a member of the team, or claiming a business relationship with us that does not exist.
- Harassment, threats or hate speech in our community channels.
- Using the services to launder money, finance terrorism or break sanctions, or for any other illegal activity.
03Fair use of our data
Our public API and pages may be read for personal use and reasonable tools. Large-scale scraping, or reselling our data, needs our written permission.
04Report it, do not use it
If you find a security issue or a bug in a game, tell the team privately through our official Telegram channel, t.me/KunaiKash, with as much detail as you can. Please do not use it, share it publicly or test it on other players. We will work with you to fix it.
05What happens when the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, block access from your wallet or IP address, void rounds that were won through an exploit, or report the matter to the authorities.
06Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes take effect when they are published here.
