01Who we are
KunaiKash runs kunaikash.com, its games at play.kunaikash.com and the $KUNAI token on KleverChain. In this policy "KunaiKash", "we" and "us" mean the team behind these services. We decide how your data is used, which makes us the controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

02What we collect
We only collect what the site needs to work:
- Your wallet address, when you connect a wallet or type an address on the Rewards page. We use it to show your stake, payouts and game history.
- A sign-in session for the games: after you sign a message with your wallet, a cookie keeps you signed in. We never see your private key or seed phrase.
- Your game activity on play.kunaikash.com: rounds, stakes, payouts, deposits, withdrawals and the limits you set.
- Basic technical data that every web server receives: your IP address, browser type and the time of a request. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
03What we do not collect
- No names, email addresses or passwords: there are no user accounts on kunaikash.com.
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics services that follow you across sites.
- No payment card or bank details. All payments happen on KleverChain, from your own wallet.
04Cookies and browser storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage, each for one job:
- kk_wallet: remembers the wallet address you connected, for 30 days, so play.kunaikash.com can fill it in for you. It holds only the public address.
- A session cookie on play.kunaikash.com that keeps you signed in after you sign with your wallet.
- Browser storage (localStorage) that caches public figures such as prices and supply, so pages load faster. It holds no personal data.
You can delete these at any time in your browser settings. The site still works; you will just need to connect your wallet again.
05Public blockchain data
KleverChain is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, balances and transactions are visible to anyone and cannot be changed or deleted, by us or by anyone else. When our pages show payouts, burns or game rounds, they show data that is already public on the chain.
06Why we use your data
We process data on these legal bases:
- To provide the service you ask for, such as showing your rewards or running a game round (performance of a contract).
- To keep the services safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix errors (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping records we are required to keep (legal obligation).
07Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to run the services:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its logs on our behalf.
- KleverChain, where your own transactions are recorded publicly.
- Authorities, when the law requires us to.
Links to Klever Wallet, KleverScan, exchanges, Telegram and X lead to services with their own privacy policies.
08How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting. Game records are kept as long as we need them to settle rounds, prove fairness and meet legal duties. Data on the blockchain stays there permanently.
09Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Contact us through our official Telegram channel. We may ask you to sign a message with your wallet to confirm the address is yours.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10Age
The games are for adults only. You must be 18 or older, or the legal age in your country if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
