01About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of kunaikash.com and any related services provided by KunaiKash. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or services. Our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.
02What we offer
KunaiKash provides information about the $KUNAI token, its rewards and burns, a lookup for staking payouts, and games of chance at play.kunaikash.com. All figures come from KleverChain or our own records and are shown as accurately as we can, but they can be delayed or contain errors.
03No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose all of their value. Revenue share and rewards depend on ecosystem revenue and the rules shown on the site, can change over time, and are never guaranteed. Make your own decisions and seek independent advice where needed.
04Your wallet
You connect your own wallet, such as Klever Wallet. You are responsible for keeping your keys, seed phrase and devices safe, and for every transaction you sign. Transactions on KleverChain are final. KunaiKash will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
05The games
- You must be 18 or older, or the legal age in your country if that is higher.
- You may only play where games of chance are legal for you. It is your responsibility to check this.
- Every round is provably fair: you can check the seed, the result and the payout yourself.
- While the games run on testnet, they use test tokens that have no value.
- Play responsibly. You can set your own limits or take a break from your account settings.
06Using the site
You may not:
- modify, copy or reverse engineer materials on the site, except where the law allows it;
- remove copyright or other notices from them;
- overload, attack or try to break into the site, its API or the games;
- use the site for anything unlawful or anything that harms others.
The Acceptable Use Policy explains this in more detail.
07Intellectual property
The KunaiKash name, logo, artwork, texts and software are owned by or licensed to KunaiKash. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
08Links to other services
The site links to services we do not control, such as Klever Wallet, KleverScan, exchanges, Telegram and X. We are not responsible for their content or how they work. Using them is at your own risk and under their terms.
09Liability
The site and services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, KunaiKash is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or losses from price movements, network failures or wallet errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Ending access
We may suspend or end your access to the services if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if the law requires it. Your rights under these terms that by nature should continue will continue after that.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
