01Buying $KUNAI
KunaiKash does not sell $KUNAI itself. You buy it on third-party exchanges such as Bitcoin.me and VoxSwap. Questions about a purchase, fee or refund there go to that exchange, under its own terms.
02Transactions are final
Every transfer, stake, deposit and withdrawal is a transaction you sign on KleverChain. Once confirmed, it cannot be reversed, by us or by anyone else. Always check the address and amount before you sign.
03Game rounds
A game round is settled the moment its result is known, and the result is provably fair. Rounds that were played correctly are not refunded, whether they were won or lost.
04When something goes wrong on our side
If a technical error on our side caused a wrong result, a deposit that was not credited, or a withdrawal that did not arrive, contact us. Include:
- your wallet address;
- the transaction hash, or the time of the round;
- what you expected to happen.
We check our records against the chain. Where they show an error on our side, we correct it.
05Revenue share payouts
Payouts follow the rules shown on the Rewards page. If you believe a payout is missing, check your history on the Rewards page first, then contact us with your wallet address and the month.
